Brewing Mastery: Follow our temperature guidelines for the perfect brew: Ideal Brewing Temperature at 100ºC/212ºF or Minimum Brewing Temperature at 90ºC/194ºF for nuanced complexity.

Hot Brewing Method: 

  1. Boil filtered or fresh water.
  2. Place 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea per 7-9oz / 200-260ml in a teapot.
  3. Infuse with freshly boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes.

Iced Tea Brewing Method (Individual Serving):

  1. Put 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose leaf or 1 tea bag per serving in a teapot.
  2. Boil and pour 6-7oz/170-200ml cold water over leaves.
  3. Cover, steep for 3 min, then strain.  
  4. Let tea cool, then pour cooled tea into a 12oz/375ml glass with ice.
  5. Tea will be stronger to compensate for ice and dilution.
  6. Sweeten or add lemon to taste (optional)
